Requirements For Travelers Between The United States And The
Western Hemisphere
Travelers
to and from the Caribbean, Bermuda, Panama, Mexico and
Canada will be required to have a passport or other secure,
accepted document to enter and re-enter the United
States. This is a change from prior travel
requirements and will affect all United States citizens
entering the United States from countries within the Western
Hemisphere who do not currently possess valid
passports. This new requirement will also affect
certain foreign nationals who currently are not required to
present a passport to travel to the United States.
Most Canadian citizens, citizens of the British Overseas
Territory of Bermuda, and to a lesser degree, Mexican
citizens will be affected by the implementation of this
requirement.

following legal documents have been provided to assist you
in receiving the various services that the High Commission
and the Consulate General perform on behalf of the
Government of Trinidad and Tobago. These forms can be
printed, completed by hand and mailed to the High Commission
or Consulate General or brought in person with the
appropriate fee and documentation for processing.
Birth
Certificate Form
A
birth certificate is a legal document needed to establish
legal identity and will be used throughout your life to
obtain health services, old age pension and many other
beneficial services. This form is used by individuals
to request proof (certificates, certified copies) of a birth

Restoration
Of Citizenship - Form 16 NEW !
This
form is used by individuals to renew their Trinidad and
Tobago citizenship status. Medical Forms P&I 40
and P&I 40A must also be completed.
Visas
New :
This
application kit is for persons from designated countries who
wish to visit Trinidad and Tobago for a temporary purpose,
such as tourism or visiting family or friends. The
visa application form is now available on-line.
Passport
Application Kit
These
Passport Application Kit have been compiled to provide Trinidad
and Tobago citizens with the requirements to apply for a Trinidad
and Tobago passport. The passport application forms A for
adults and B for children are now available for download from this
website (see below). Passport Application forms may be typed
or completed by hand and submitted along with other required
documentation in person or by mail to the Consulate General.
