Hawks International Resource Center, located at 494 Flatbush
Avenue, was established by Hawks International to
serve the population at large and seeks to support the
growth and
stability in our communities. The Resource Center will
provide technological consultation for local businesses
including website development, computer networking and much
more. The Center will also provide business
consultation, electronic tax filing services, immigration
services, legal consultation services, health referral
services and is the site of the MAS Studio and our Passing
On The Tradition Program; which offers children of all
backgrounds ages 6-12 hands on experiences in the history and
art of Carnival and Costume making culminating with
the actual production of the costumes to be worn during the
children's carnival. During the
Carnival season the Resource Center will be open until 11:00
