longevity of Hawks International. The annual holiday
event symbolizes why Hawks International has been able to
transcend a full generation and continue to thrive in
today’s times while so many other organizations
virtually disappear off the scene. One may ask, what
is the Hawks model that has enable this longevity? Simply
put they are constantly reinventing themselves along
with their ideology and mission to align with
today’s ever changing environment. A key ingredient that
also contributes to the success is the chemistry that
exists within. What may have worked yesterday may not
be applicable in today’s environment also on hand were
past Presidents Desmond Chase and Winston Mathews
along with current President Ralph k Ramsey.
